I'm struggling with my weight and emotional eating. I want to live a healthier lifestyle. Problem is I love food. I've tried a few different nutritionists but after a week or two did not feel motivated anymore.
Can anyone recommend a nutrionist/coach that can help me? I'm in Brooklyn

Loving food is not a problem. Feeling bad about liking food is a part of the cycle. Nutritionists have some training in the psychology of food, but you should see a specialist in intuitive eating or nutritional psychology.

Look into intermitant fasting - where you restrict your eating to 8 hours a day,
like from 11 am - 7 pm.
Also look into HIIT exercises - which are very short (5 - 10 minute) but effective.
Also strength training (weight lifting) as building muscle increases metabolism.
Building muscle is very important for living long as well.

Removing carbs removed my cravings. Added lots of fats like avocado, tehina, olive oil, nuts, cheeses, to make me feel full. On Shabbat I have challa and desserts just don't go overboard.

You have to take it one step at a time. Typically, when you go to a nutritionist, you get a whole new plan of eating, very small portions, etc. It is extremely difficult to jump into it overnight. You should make yourself a list of what you could improve in your diet. More fruits and vegetables, less sugar, less processed food, etc. Then focus on one item for a few weeks, until you are ready for the next step. Btw, you can eat healthy and still enjoy delicious food. Once you become accustomed to eating healthy, then you can start focusing on portion control, carb or calorie counting if you want to lose weight. But it sounds like right now, you just want to focus on eating healthier.

I had success with the dietician group ( thats their name. Multiple sites, I used the one at 1648 e 14th in brooklyn) felt I was constantly eating, ( they give u tons to eat). When I was motivated and followed tgru, I lost weight..
