I was coming on to ask the same. My new oven has an air fryer setting and I need ideas how to use it. Anyone?

This is my favorite recipe ever
I don’t do hot sauce and I use almond milk
Its amazing but eat it right away because it’s not as good reheated. |
Sounds similar to what I do: just dredge the chicken in flour and egg. I use a little cooking spray on top to make sure all the flour crisps nicely.
Really, you can do almost anything, but marinating chicken the night before is especially effective with an air fryer, it seems. I've used commercial barbecue and teriyaki sauces as well as homemade ones, and after marinating the chicken all night, they all come out perfect.
My other trick is using the air fryer to crisp the outside of the chicken and then putting in in a slow cooker. Works perfectly for Friday night, since I can make the chicken early in the day and let it get to fall-off-the-bone tenderness by the time we're ready to eat.
