Hi. I am looking to buy an investment home in Surfside Florida to rent out to an airbnb/vrbo. Eventually I will move in there when I'm looking to retire. Does anyone know of a realtor I can contact that can help me with this?

I assume you mean a condo? Do you know the price of real estate there? (No offense meant if that’s what you’re up to, amazing! But it’s an extremely high end area that’s had a recent boom in prices)

Please check the local laws before buying a condo that you're not planning to live in. Most are in HOA buildings and have VERY strict rules about short term rentals. The neighbors will also happily rat you out to the city if you do an illegal air bnb. Buying an "investment" property in a city like Surfside is not as simple as it seems.
