Does anything like this exist in Israel?
She doesn't need BT program, she grew up frum. She needs heavy on the hashkafa.
Any info would be appreciated.

If she is still undecided if she wants to live a frum life, she probably needs more than shiurim. She needs a place where there is fun, warmth with a dose of chizzuk in the beginning. There has to be a place. I know there is something in the us.

A BT program would give her the supportive environment she needs to make real changes in herself and how she wants to approach life. There would be room to be herself, coming from where she is and looking to grow, not expected to fit a certain standard. That is more important than the actual level of learning.

I would look into Shearim or Neve. Both have high level learning suitable for frum backgrounds, but also have a strong focus on hashkafa and encouraging growth, whatever the starting point. She might already be familiar with a lot of the halacha taught there, but that is only part of the program. It never hurts to review and clarify especially if someone has not been keeping halacha for a while.

Nishmat's adult program was very good for me at that stage. I did visit Neve, and found the heavy kiruv really obnoxious.

Right. I was at a point where I felt like inspiration without sources had been shoved down my throat for years, and I needed more rigorous explanations.

And Ma'ayanot wouldn't accept me because I knew too much.

I think a "why is she OTD" would inform the choice of program a bit better.

I disliked Neve as feeling like too much spoon feeding, and being expected to swallow everything with very little acssess to original sources.

While I was very happy with Nishmat, the very textual, intellectual style won't suit everyone either. Depending on her background and where she wants to be, it might not be right wing enough for her, either.

Shearim and Midreshet Rachel are both somewhere between Neve and Nishmat. They both have solid textual learning on a high level, but include more hashkafa as well.

OP, I hope the person involved is part of the decision making process. It's great that you are helping research options, but she needs to have a sense of what each program is and what would be the right place for her. You can't just make the decision for her.
