There are Americans there, also a lot of Europeans. I think it's a more heimish crowd, but my information is out of date. Hopefully someone with more current info will post.

Bnos hadasa is your best bet if you want English. It's heimish, a little chasidish, kollel people, mostly American but quite a lot of European thrown in. It's smallish, nice atmosphere. On rechov yirmiyahu so accessible from all neighborhoods quite easily.
YTA is more open. Not beis yaakov.
