What's best way to rewarm spelt challah from the freezer?

Put it in the oven on 350 for 10 min.
Sometimes I leave my oven on for shabbos on 200 & just leave the challah in there till the seuda.

Thanks!! Leaving in oven on 200 is instead or addition of the 10 mins on 350? Is it crispy?
What do u do for shabbos day? You leave it out or put in freezer overnight?

Instead. Not super crispy but yummy.

I find it gets soggy by morning.
I used to put in freezer overnight was much better fresher. But always scared ill forget
