What’s the general idea of each one? What is the difference between them?
How do I decide which one to pursue for me 11 year old daughter? Thanks for any insight!

I'd go with whichever one your dd is more likely to connect to. And if you're still not sure, I'd meet both therapists and go with the one whose style and personality and setup would appeal.

Both are different paths to the same expression.
Whichever one you enjoy more or relationship with therapist should be your choice. You can also switch off.
