Be warned. I stayed there at an apartment managed by the Friedland Group (on site at Peninat Chemed) and the apartment was filthy. My family member stayed in a different apartment, from the same management and hers was filthy too.
I complained so they sent up a guy to clean but he was useless and had zero clue how to clean. They ended up giving me a very small reduction for the aggravating and upsetting experience. (I submitted photographs showing them the thick buildup of neglected dirt, filthy smear marks on the walls, cabinets, outside and inside of fridge /freezer , etc)
You might be better off renting from private people who own apartments in Peninat Chemed.

We stayed at an apartment in Peninat Chemed in February, and it was clean and nice. Met our needs perfectly. No complaints.

We didn’t actually use them, because we stayed at Peninat Chemed, but they seemed to have options in that area.

Ditto. Well, not really. It wasn't filthy. But it hadn't been properly cleaned or supplied with fresh towels and so on. And there were no staff around because it was erev YT.
