I need some ideas for age-appropriate chores for 10 year old boys and 7 year old girl
What to keep their money in? We'd prefer tangible money rather than a "debit card-app" system so that they can feel and see their money for now. I tried mason jars, but thinking a wallet might be better, but not sure.

Folding laundry
Setting and clearing the table
Emptying the dishwasher or drying the dishes
Peeling veggies
Cleaning up their room
Putting on the Shabbos tablecloth
Unpacking the grocery order
Are you looking for different type of chores?
A wallet sounds like a nice idea.

You're paying them to do these chores? I'd imagine these are regular things that kids should do as part of a family...

Personally I don't pay for chores at all.
There's chores and there's an allowance.
No connection between the two.
I am trying to think what other age appropriate tasks can be for those ages.

My 10 year old daughter has a wallet. She keeps a tally and I give it every so often when it adds up.
Vacuuming
folding laundry
helping with siblings bath
cleaning the toys ( mostly that her siblings played with )
setting the table
peeling vegetables

Right. Allowance is a completely different thing.
I don't think children should be payed for regular age appropriate chores. They should learn that in a family, we all help out.
If you choose to give allowance, it should not be connected.

Very nice in theory. But what happens when they just don’t… I guess threats and yelling can work but why not incentivize
