I got locally from Address It LED
We installed it about 3 years ago and so far no problems.

Does it need wiring into the house? How is it installed?

They have two options. One you can plug in to an outlet, or you can hardwire it. We chose to hardwire it. My husband is handy and did it himself.
Ours cost around $150.
