When you pay attention to the behavior you’re essentially reinforcing it, because the recognition is exactly what your 2 year old is seeking. So ignore it or don’t react to it. She’ll see it doesn’t give her the attention she wants and she’ll eventually stop.
On the other hand, you should purposely acknowledge behaviors you want to be repeated. So if she’s doing nice then smile or say something to her. Give it attention and she’ll likely repeat.

Moms don’t always know everything all on their own that’s why it’s good to reach out for help.
OP that is a very common response to a new baby. It’s hard for the older child.
