hes complaining that it hurts. just now for first time. also when uses bathroom...what can it be? UTI?

Does it burn/ hurt whenever or the actual pee is burning coming out.
If it's pain in the actual body part, it could be a twisted testicle which is an emergency

he said both. But not terrible pain. Gave him motrin. went to sleep.
