My kitchen has some very deep cabinets and I don't want to lose things in the back of them. Anyone have any good storage/organizing tips to help me?

Install slide-out drawers or fake them by using long boxes like those that boots or long-stemmed flowers are delivered in. You can cut down corrugated cartons to the sizes you need, paint them or cover in self-stick vinyl to match your color scheme.
