So a typical 2 day yt that comes out in middle of the week is 4 meals. Do you make different side dishes for every meal or you make enough of each side to be able to eat for 2 meals?

Well I live in Israel, so usually yt is 1 day, but when we have 2 days - say this shavuot which is adjacent to shabbat, or Rosh hashana, etc ...

I always make tons of rice because we eat loads of it, so we would usually have that at every seuda.
And different variations of other vegetables, potatoes salads.

If we don't have guests, I would probably rely on eating all the left over side dishes for the last seuda. But if we davka have guests then, I'd make something specially for then, just to make sure we don't get stuck.

I'm other, because I make a few veg sides and try not to eat starches.
I don't like eating the same things each seuda. Same as I don't make the same things for shabbos each week.

Depending on if we’re hosting or not. I usually make a bunch of sides and do some at each meal, with enough for each side to have a little extra for a different/‘leftover’ meal.
If we’re hosting I try to serve two kinds of protein and various sides in addition to an appetizer. That way you’re going to have some leftovers…
Like a cut of meat can last two meals if served with a different protein.

I voted other. I prepare enough sides so that we don’t eat the same ones ever meal - but some will be repeated - usually by the time the last meal comes along it’s mostly leftovers (or a BBQ).
Most meals will have dedicated sides and maybe one that it’s repeated.
