My eight month old baby is in that very messy eating stage!
Even with a bib, baby is still somehow dirty after eating.
I see these other babies who always look neat as a pin:)
What’s the secret?
Can you recommend a bib?
Is there such a thing as a disposable bib that you use and toss?

Thanks!!!

They make towel bibs. I get mine at the local dry goods store in lkwd. It’s basicly a kitchen dishcloth size towel with a proper spot for head….that’s what I use on repeat. I own 5 of them and constantly washing them

I just keep changing her.
I think bibs are pretty useless once baby is eating food. It’s good for the newborn stage when they drink from bottles. Once they start eating they need like a smock to cover their whole shirt and sleeves.

I use bibs with sleeves, I think they might be called smock bibs. For that age it's the only thing and still many outfits got ruined, I tried never to feed in something I really loved if I could avoid it! I got several on Amazon and washed them pretty much after every meal. I also got a few of the rubber ones which rinse off in the sink for less messy meals since those are easier to clean, once they get better at eating you can mostly switch to those.

I just ordered disposable bibs on Amazon. I don’t expect it to be perfect but it certainly seems convienient. My kid goes through so much clothes now at 7months between crawling and eating.

Bibs with sleeves.
Alternative is to feed kid when only in diaper.
