I'm not from there but have relatives that moved. They are all nice friendly people and love it there. Everyone looks out for one another. I don't see having friends as an issue. Older kids can walk a few blocks to find company. And by the time ur kids are big there will be even more kids. It might be possible for you to furnish your house and do short term rentals until you move in.

good idea. if you furnish you can find people to rent your house for weekends. it might not cover your rent. and you might not have someone every week but something.. also you will need to find someone to clean up weekly and change linen. etc..... Hatzlucha

I'm looking for a good realtor who specializes in house rentals in Linden. My tenant doesn't have to be chassidish or even jewish since my house is a bit outside the area where the chassidish families live.
Any leads to someone who specializes in getting a tenant for a private house would be greatly appreciated.

Are you looking to rent short or long term? Furnished or unfurnished?
