Washing or washing and setting?
Why would it need to be washed so often? I wouldn’t do that, it will probably get worn out more quickly this way.

I've posted here before about my really frizzy wig that I purchased..it requires so much product...leaves a lot of residue. When I first started wearing it I washed it every 2-3 weeks..within 5 months the dye came out and it was an orangy color, not too mention, it caused other issues...so I would say don't wash it often. I managed to wait almost 2 months this time..I'm so proud of myself!

It shortens the life of the wig. You can touch it up without washing it.
