After years of being extremely overweight I did gastric sleeve last Wednesday with a very well known surgeon. Less than 1 week later all liquids go straight down and so do protein shakes , blended soups and yogurts. no need to eat slow- it all goes straight down. Why isn't the sleeve working? isn't it only supposed to take a couple of Oz at a time. I had 2 bowls of chicken soup straight. Please help! I'm getting seriously depressed. Anyone have a gastric sleeve that failed even before it began working?

Did you call your surgeons office? Did you go for your post operative visit yet ?
