What's the story with the bedding and linen?
I was told there might be some in storage. Or you have to know someone who will leave it for you.
Did you just buy your own linen ?
I guess the same question goes for seforim.

I’ll chime in as a bya alumni. Unless things changed in 12 or so years there’s nothing in storage unless someone leaves it specifically for your daughter.
That goes for sefarim, linen, blankets pillows etc.
I brought all my own linen. I may have sent some stuff in advance with people traveling to ey before the school year to save me luggage space. And it was the days that everyone was allowed 2 free suitcases and could pay for a 3rd.

There are shops that you can order from and the bedding/linen will come to her dorm when she arrives. The adds are usually in the magazines.

Not at BYA, I bought linen from https://www.packforisrael.com/.....kages
I am likely selling it (for a very small amount) to someone who I don’t know , who is going to my DD Sem. and leaving it for her.

Not at BYA, but for all my kids who went to seminary or yeshiva in Israel I bought from https://www.blanketexpressplus.com. At the end of the year you have the option of donating the linen to needy families in Israel. The quality is excellent and they deliver directly to the dorm, which makes it so much easier.

Question for any mother who had a girl in BYA. Does BYA let the girls leave the linen in the building over the summer, or do they need to leave it at a relative until the next set of girls come?

Chiming in as an alumni, in my days they have a machsan which girls can leave things in for next year students. I’m assuming it’s the same now.
Cant leave it in the dorm itself.
