We do dairy for Shavuot. My family is beyond excited for all things in cheese, cream sauce, and most of all cheesecake.
I just found out that one of my sleepover guests is dairy free.
I will not disappoint my family and make meat. There is only so much fish I can serve as we only eat salmon.
What are some dairy free- protein ideas. (We are not a tofu bunch).
I also will be having my parents and guests/families from my neighborhood for assorted meals.

I am thinking maybe getting the beyond beef and making tacos/chili.

Thank you.

Egg salad plain or with saute'ed onions in it
Letcho with eggs, shakshuka with sunny side up, veg omelet
Lox strips over salad

Split pea soup, bean soup, pareve cheesecake for dessert, maybe you can sub mushrooms instead of meat.
There's a new mushroom jerky

Ziti with cashew cheese sauce
https://eatwithclarity.com/vegan-vodka-sauce/ (can leave out vodka)

I've personally made a version of this, and it was absolutely delicious.

Make Greek pasta salad and keep the feta on the side for people to add in.
Same for Caesar salad, keep the parmesan on the side as optional.
Cream soup. Spoon in the cream to individual bowls as you serve.
When boiling the pasta for your creamy dish, leave some plain and parve on the side for the guest.
Make an extra fish dish. It doesn't have to be salmon if it's just for your dairy free guest.
Don't cook different food for your guest. It will tire you out and make the guest feel singled out.

Pareve quiche, pareve pasta dish, something with Kani (could be just for your guest if your family doesn’t like), pareve pesto

Ra mom, I like your ideas.

Another one blended broccoli soup add in cheese in plate, to melt when soup is hot, for dairy eaters. Omit for others.

If you put all options out on table as buffet style so as not to.single out guest, and everyone can choose what they want to eat.
