I am looking to try a new recipe for my challah. I want a recipe thats not crumbly, its ok if its half white, half whole wheat.
I don't make five pounds so appreciate smaller recipes please!

I used to use three times the yeast when I made whole wheat. You just have to stay on top of not over rising

Make sure the yeast is reacting good with the warm water and sugar before adding the other ingredients. You might like white whole wheat better.
