My kids (boys) would rather spend their afternoons reading or playing Nintendo than outdoors. They have zero interest in sports and that includes biking. I so badly want them outside, being active and social. Any ideas?

I hated being outside. Still do. I hate the heat. My mom made us stay out for a certain amount of time. Not recommending this except to say I was that kid and I’m that adult

How about a hammock? They can read outside. Table and chairs to play games outside? Chalk? Trampoline? Water play/sprinkling?

Take away/limit the Nintendo help him find something he likes doing and with a friend as well get outdoor equipment find a buy in with the kids make it fun
If they really can’t or won’t be active let them read outside but no Nintendo go for family walks/bike rides: scootering
While they are who they are and can’t force things you can find ways to get your whole family outside- picnic dinner at the park bbq etc

I was never a fan of trampolines cuz they aren’t the safest but I ended up moving into a house that came with a trampoline and my boys spend hours on it with friends.
