Really trying to work on healthy eating habits but having quite a difficult time because just protein and veggies don't give me the satisfied feeling; I need some carbs.
Currently been eating a some oat bran pretzels with my tuna or eggs for lunch; are they even healthy?
Trying to avoid wheat as much as possible so no ww bread.
Looking for other ideas
ETA I eat a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and either sweet potato or quinoa for dinner.

You can try adding fats instead of carbs to get you full. Add an avocado to your meal. Eat some nuts, full fat yogurt etc.

For the most part, foods are not individually healthy or unhealthy. Each has its place as an important part of a healthy diet. The exception is low quality, refined overprocessed food, which is always less healthy than whole food.

IMO the healthiest carbs are roots, squashes, tubers. Beans, lentils and legumes too if you soak them and can tolerate them. Next are pseudo grains such as quinoa, kasha and millet.

Just wondering why you are avoiding wheat specifically? Do you have Celiacs?

Potatoes, sweet potatoes and butternut squash. Rice and rice cakes not too bad either.

Baked white potatoes are not good if you're trying to get your insulin levels under control.
Granola can be full of sweeteners and unhealthy oils. Unless you make it yourself with quality ingredients and measure very small portions this is one to avoid at all costs.
