On the WhatsApp message that I received it said that since Rosh Chodesh falls out on Sunday it’s recited on Thursday (not sure why not Friday, I was wondering the same)

It can also be said tomorrow, however today is preferable.

I think it's said on Yom Kippur Katan, which is pushed up to Thursday in this case.
