How long can I refrigerate onion soup? If I make it today will it last in the fridge until monday?

Why not freeze and be safe?
Onion soup consistency mostly wont change if frozen and defrosted

Soups freeze really well

Because I want to warm up motzei shabbos and it will take too long if jts frozen...
