I had a plan to serve baked salmon with letcho for Monday seudah. im nervous it won't be fresh if I bake it today. Keeping it raw till Monday im also scared.
What are you guys doing?

Id cook and freeze. Ive done that countless times. Then put on plata and its fine.

Ive cooked salmon and served it 3 days later countless times. Never had a problem, always tasted fresh and delicious after I reheated it. Didnt freeze, just kept in fridge
