chlorella and chlorella growth factor are described between many thing to help increase height
in children.
its even in one of the ingredients in zahlers height factor.
this algae comes from asia/japan where it has been consumed there for years and its their number 1 supplement.
my question is if its a part of their diet and its the country that consumes it the most
why are the among the shortest between the nations?
its putting me off to give it to my kids.
maybe it even stunts growth?

Maybe they'd be even shorter without it?

I had never heard of chlorella, so I googled
Seems like it is seaweed.
According to medical websites such as webmd, that is not the typical benefit

besides for chlorella there is chlorella growth factor which is even more potent....which I know a
nutritionist gives it for this,,,

Kept googling
There is no scientific evidence of it enhancing growth, as per many medical websites I looked at.
It does have other benefits.
If you are into homeopathic remedies, and don't care about studies, and it's not expensive, enjoy it

I know. I saw that stuff online too.
But it's not evidence based
Google and see who recommends it

I am into homeopathy actually and I am giving a homeopathic growth hormone which is much safer or rather its safe - than the growth hormone injections.
but why does zahlers include it in their formula and some nutritionist advise it?

I have no idea. I am not into homeopathic remedies.
Maybe someone who is into it can tell you, because while many benefits of chlorella are evidence based, this one is not.
