Here's how to play
You write a first name in your post. Any name. You like the post if it's a name in your family and you hug the post if you never heard of it.

Sounds good! What does a player do if it isn't a name in her family but she has heard of that name?
Asking b/c you wrote: Press -
Like: if it's a name in your family
Hug: if never heard of the name

Let's extend it to Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, in-laws, cousins, nephews, nieces, etc., not only one's husband and children because then it can get too revealing and uncomfortable.
Whaddya say, "Dandelion"?

I think you first have to answer to the name of the poster before you and then post a new name.
I think that's the rule. Is it, "Dandelion?" Kindly correct me if I'm wrong.
Otherwise you defeat the purpose of this game - "Dandelion" wrote: to see how many names we have the same in our families.

"Dandelion," dearest, we need that you should repeat/clarify the rules of this game. Tx.

Also it's anon disabled so anyone that has an uncommon name in their family won't want to post, not to be outed

True, but "Dandelion" didn't write that you have to post a name in your family. I think that one sees how common a name is according to the amount of Likes and Hugs it has.
What does - outed - mean? I've seen it used many times on Imamother. TIA

My sincere apologies, "Living Princess." I just realized that you probably did respond to the previous poster's name by pressing on 'Hug' or 'Like', and you wrote a new name in your post.

Also, it just occurred to me: if every player just presses on "Hug" or "Like" then how do new names get posted? |
Let's say I have a queer or uncommon name in my family like Moshka or Zurech then I wouldn't want want to post that name, because people will associate me with that name and know who I am
