Hi,
I have several items, some new and some used, that I'd like to try to sell online.
Are there laws for which items may be (re)sold online and which may not?
I have a brand new, unopened designer perfume that says on the package: "This product can be sold only by authorized retailers"
Thank you in advance for explaining!

I sell designer things all the time on Ebay and never thought it would be an issue. I would recommend you go to Ebay to see if anyone else is selling this perfume. If you see other sellers it shouldn't be an issue as far as I know.
BTW you would probably get more responses if you posted in an anonymous enabled forum.

You can sell on apps like mercari or offer up.

I always thought the authorized retailers refers to businesses only. But a private seller selling a one off perfume bottle isn't going to bring down their industry.
I don't know what sort of stuff you're trying to get rid of but yad shniya on whatsapp might be good.
