This question just came to me and it's not something I can ask in real life so will try here. Does someone with an eating disorder think other people around them are fat or just themselves?
I hope I'm not offending anyone I'm just curious.

I believe just themselves. Their brain perceives their image a certain way. Bulimics for example feel disgusted and think they are grotesque. It is truly terrifying. I did a research paper in college on eating disorders. Its like any mental disorder.
