I'm looking at a recipe calling for peach schnapps. I think for the taste and alcohol. How can I achieve that taate without the alcohol, kosher, and readily available in stores (I live in the Lakewood area if that helps).

Is there peach flavoring? Peach jello?

If you can find peach or apricot nectar, that might be closest.
(Though if the recipe is one that gets cooked, the alcohol in the shnaaps would cook out. )
