There’s one in Balabustas Choice. Or Balabustas Choice 2. You have either of those? I can post later

Put desired amount of cous cous in a tin, boil water (equal in amount to amount of cous cous), pour over cous cous, cover and wait five minutes, you can mix a little oil or salt in with the couscous before adding the water

Youve baked it and it had the right texture (not gluey like ra mom said above)?

I know I bake rice that comes out delish.

What temperature and how long?

You don't bake it : )
You just let it sit, you can put a towel under so it doesn't sit on a cold counter, but that's it! It just sits in the tin with the boiling water!

You're referring to Mediterranean couscous.

Mevater, are you referring to Israeli pearl couscous?

That looks like spelt pearl couscous.

Couscous

2 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups Israeli pearl couscous
1 3/4 cups water
1 tsp salt
black pepper
2 tsp parsley flakes

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-low. Sauté onion 5 minutes. Stir in the couscous and increase heat to medium. Cook couscous, stirring for 3 minutes until lightly toasted and fragrant. Add water and season with salt and pepper. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a rapid simmer, then immediately reduce heat to a low. Cover the pan tightly with a lid and cook for 12 minutes, until couscous is tender, and liquid is almost all absorbed. Remove from heat. Stir in dried parsley, and a little extra oil if necessary, then replace cover and set aside, off heat, for 5 minutes, until liquid is completely evaporated. The couscous should be tender, and the mixture should be fluffy, not soupy.
