Would appreciate any feedback of snyone who bought. Why type of hair, qualitywise, how the service is etc

One of my friends bought one recently, she brought it to me to help out, hers is extremely frizzy and nothing I did helped but it could be she got a bad piece.

Thanks for your reply. Do you know what line she bought? Because apparsntly he sells both processed and not processed hair.
Do you know how rhe service is? If ther eis an issue with the wig does he accept returns?
