Brand new houses a total of 2400 being built with mikvah shopping mall and around 20 shuls

They are supposedly building some type of development on the back of the bowling alley in kiamesha lake, like a few acres between Fraser rd and gibbers rd. There is nothing there yet, just plans.
If something comes up it will be chassidish and not related to viznitz.
I'm in a bungalow colony not so far from gibbers, and this was the talk of the weekend
