I can't be bothered with bundt cakes these days, plus, I find that the cake is more dried out in a bundt cake. I bake it in a 9x13 pan for 45 minutes to an hour (depends on your oven - stick a toothpick in the middle, when not crumbly, it's ready.) on 350. Allow to cool and then put glaze. THE BEST!!!!

I don't mind the liquor - I know the alcohol bakes out - and I imagine you can use a different flavor if you want to make it for R.H., but do you have any replacement for the pudding?
