I'm a relative of the donor and of the niftar who the Sefer Torah is being donated in memory of. What should I be wearing? Dressier weekday clothing? Shabbos? The Hachnosas Sefer Torah is in the Lakewood area.

Relatives wear shabbos usually or like chol hamoedee as we people call it -like dressier weekday clothes.
Most Chasidim wear shabbos even if it's not a relative. If it's to their shul they wear shabbos usually.

It's a simcha. If you're closely related, you wear wedding wear. If you're a cousin, you wear Shabbos.
