I keep seeing recipes with almond flour, and it seems like such a wonderful way to get in protein.
But this is the second time I've tried it and I have such a stomachache/constipation (sorry TMI)
Is it possible to be allergic? I eat regular almonds daily and feel fine

Kind of? Almond flour is lot more almonds per unit of food then eating them one by one.

Stomach ache and constipation are not allergic reactions. It could be your body doesn't agree with it because it's oily but that usually causes stomach ache and diarrhea.
