I haven't noticed any improvements and I'm questioning if there's any reason to continue.

How long has it been?

The therapist should give you an idea of specific goals she's working towards so you can look at those areas.

How long has it been? If it's been 3 weeks, then no, you shouldn't expect to see much of a difference yet. If it's been 6 months, you should see some difference.

within 4-6 times.
if not find a new therapist, or it is not the correct time for therapy.
