Going to visit my grandkids ages 3 & 1. What outing can I do with them in the Brooklyn area? It should not be more than a few hours and we will have a car. I would like indoor and outdoor ideas.

So is prospect park zoo
Brooklyn children's museum
Many playgrounds around

If you want to take a short drive to crown heights, the Jewish childrens museum is great. They have a bubble show going on in the summer

Any playground!!! Toddlers don't need too much entertainment. Go to the 18th avenue park on 18th and 53rd.
I do not recommend Kids in Action for Toddlers.
