Like the frozen herbs.
I bought dorot frozen sauteed onion cubes and forgot to unpack /didn't. see them. They got left out overnight. Can I save them if I put them back in my freezer in the morning? Would there be an issue of taste? Safety?

Make onion soup. Thawed foods spoil more quickly than fresh, and
You should never refreeze frozen food that has thawed unless you first cook it. However, if the food is still mostly frozen, in other words you can still see ice crystals in it, then you may refreeze it. I would, however, try to use it up ASAP and not leave it in the freezer for the long term.
