Check which hechsher then call the number of it and ask.

The only cheddar that you don't have to wait after is mild cheddar. I'm pretty sure that you have to wait after this cheese.

Ask your lor but afaik mine says that no chevington cheeses are “real hard cheese” as they are “fake aged”.

European cheeses are different then regular. You should ask a local rav as they would probably be more knowledgeable. We wait six hours after all chevington hard cheese.
