do you have to wait 6 hrs after chevington mature cheddar?
is this real hard cheese?

I believe so.
Check which hechsher then call the number of it and ask.

Ask your lor but afaik mine says that no chevington cheeses are “real hard cheese” as they are “fake aged”.

I heard that about hard cheese in general. was wondering about mature cheddar.
are the hergo belgian cheese real aged?

European cheeses are different then regular. You should ask a local rav as they would probably be more knowledgeable. We wait six hours after all chevington hard cheese.
