Why do my newish snoods bought at Clover have elastic knots showing in the front part of the snood, so they land on my forehead (that look like pieces of hair from a distance)?
Theyre so lightweight and comfortable but after a few wearings I see elastic knots that I try to push under the snood but they come right out after a while?
I tried sewing them to the inside of the snood but they came out after one or two wearings?
I dont want to cut the elastic because elastic may escape into the inside of the snood.
Why dont they knot the elastic in the back somewhere?
Both of my Clover snoods had the same thing happen.
Does this happen with all snoods?
Which snoods are VERY lightweight and last, and dont have this issue?

Many snoods have that. You don’t really notice it if you don’t take the snoods apart.

This piece of elastic looks like hair on my face, and I tried sewing it and attaching it inside and it comes right out. Elastic is impossible to sew.

Can you turn the snood around so that the knot is at the nape of your neck (and not on your forehead)?

I've done this all the time. With "no-name" brands...

Thanks, but then the black plastic toggle, that adjusts it, will be out.

Just schlep the rubber so it slides inside again

What about sideways, so the toggle and elastic are by the ears?

That's really strange op. I've had such knots in my snoods but they're always in the back. It's ridiculous that they put it in the front like that. You may just have to buy a more expensive snood from a different store. I wonder if this is why Clover is able to sell them for cheaper.

I don't know. I usually buy from Accents. I go in and try them and buy whatever fits and looks best.
