My 10 YO daughter has RED CHEEKS
Sometimes worse sometimes less but always reddish, and also somewhat dry
I know many have this, but it bothers her (and me) a lot
What cream can get rid of this for good.
We have tried quite a few and so far has not helped

You need to figure out the underlying reason for the redness not just treat the symptom with creams. I'd suggest seeing an allergist. For me, face rashes are related to allergies.

It sounds like it might be rosacea. I’m not sure if there’s much to do…
Don’t make her feel self conscious. It’s not her fault.
You can take her to a dermatologist for guidance.

My son had this one spring season, it turned out to be a type of eczema. Start with your children's doctor for an initial diagnosis.

Does she always have red cheeks or only when hot/overheated? Does her face get sweaty on hot days? Ds has hypohydrosis, which means lack of sweat. On hot days, he overheats easily and his face turns red. All we could do is cool him off.

It can be too much calcium.
Or
Upper cheeks represent the stomach. Redness can indicate stomach inflammation or even ulcers especially if it occurs after eating or low stomach acid
Many have cured rosacea by increasing stomach acid.

Just curious, are you a Dr? PA? Nurse?
Just wondering where you came up with this (mis) information..

Many have cured rosacea by increasing stomach acid. | Curious about the rosacea and stomach acid connection. I have actual rosacea, not just random redness, and I noticed that my skin looks better when I take digestive enzymes. Can you elaborate on the connection?

My brother had this. Turned out to be fungal. It got better when he took a supplement called yeastonil. He was also being treated for Lyme so I'm not sure if they're connected...

Was about to say this. Go to a pediatric rheumatologist as it might be a symptom of autoimmune disease, specifically lupus.

If it's rosacea, your dermatologist can prescribe a cream called Soolantra which work really well.
