My diet hasn’t changed lately. But I guess my body did.
In the past 2 months, I have been feeling very bloated. I am very gassy and it drives me nuts. To the point that it is painful.
I guess as I’m getting older, my body is reacting to food differently. How can I find out which foods to avoid? I know the usual suspects such as beans and certain veggies. Which I usually don’t eat.
But I am at my wits end. Going crazy already
Sorry if it’s tmi. I really don’t know where to turn.

I started by cutting out gluten. Or it could be dairy.

Check for helicobacter pylori. One of the most common causes for sudden onset gassiness.

How would I check for it? Is it by bloodwork? Or what?

Are you eating a lot of fruit lately?
Summer fruits are so delicious, but I know that for me, eating too much makes me so bloated and uncomfortable. Especially with stone fruits.

Definitely not fruits. I never eat them. I should but they cause other problems for me.
They bother me when I eat them so I just don’t.
