I love this one-from the newest balabuste's Choice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
oil for sautéing
24 oz. frozen broccoli
24 oz. frozen cauliflower
8 oz. frozen green beans
24 oz. frozen stir fry frozen vegetables
salt and pepper to taste
saute garlic for 10 minutes, add all vegetables and seasonings. Add water and bring to a boil and simmer for 1 hour.
Easy and Delicious!

It’s more than enough if you season it right. I would sauté some garlic, add cumin and coriander. Make sure not to burn them. Add your veggies, cover with water or better yet, veggie stock, cook till soft, add salt and pepper to taste and blend. You can add some coconut milk at the end to make it creamier.
If you have some time, you can roast your veggies in the oven before adding to your soup.

Or for keto, saute veggies in oil or butter. Add heavy cream.
