Chicago has a nice sephardi community. Cheaper then NY but not cheap cheap.

I think Houston and Arizona have Sephardi communities. Also Florida.

Baltimore has a beautiful Persian community, very frum. There is a large contingency of Persians at Ner Israel as well.

We have a wonderful Sephardi community here in Dallas (two eruvim, each with its own Sephardi shul) but it depends what you mean by affordable. Some of the homes are quite pricey and it isn't easy to find vacancies.

Aventura Fl.- pricey but you get so much more of a house with pool, garden, guard house, etc.
If it’s a building condo also include vallet and concierge services.
Also,not as pricey as Brooklyn
Look near Safra Synagogue
Great community, great caring rabbi.
S.Fl. also has lots of new schools opening

(I know, it's not affordable. But you said less than NY!)
There's also a nice community in Jackson

Bumping. Anyone know anything about orlando? Looking for something like Hollywood flavor but less polluted and hot (more asthma friendly)

Baltimore has a large Iranian community. They have a few shuls across town. There is one sefardi, non-persian shul too.

There are no sefardi schools in Baltimore. The kids go to all the local schools.

I’m part of the SY community, I would never be interested in moving to Baltimore as I’m not persian.
And what do u call affordable?

Orlando is a much smaller community so in general it's a bigger mix. I believe much of the sefardi community is Israeli with a less frum background. It's a very out of town feel.

Israeli, we're mixed sefardi affordable meaning under $550K or so
