I live in the UK where the healthcare is tax funded. From what I hear, we have less immunisations than in the US. So here, whatever they give is important.
It would be interesting to compare.

ftm in NY. my baby is 17 months
I knew when I was pregnant I didnt want to vaccinate her. but I was bullied by the doctor into them. I stopped giving her at 6 months. she hasnt had a vaccine since. BH.

I agree with you that they are mostly anti vaccine mandates. But I think that if the mandate disappeared tomorrow they would still be anti because they would still be stuck on that they were told what to do and unable to back out of their tropes that vaccines are dangerous.

Correct. But for many anti vaccine activists, the mandate is just an excuse.

From my experience of stopping to vaccinate when I had my 4th child and then resuming 13 years later, researching for months and then following the subject for years afterwards, I saw clearly that people out there need their moment of fame. And they may sound very convincing but they are wrong.

It might be true for government programs, not for private healthcare. I know people who get gift cards for taking their kids to get checkups, on medical assistance. And from what I hear if you’re on wic you have to get tested for lead and have immunizations also. BH never been on any government programs so I don’t know first hand.

I gives all vaccines not because I want to, but because they’re mandated. I won’t give the Covid vaccine because I’m afraid of it and because there’s hardly enough real research on it.
Most people who won’t give it is because they don’t trust it. THE REFUSAL IS ABOUT THE VACCINE. The anger is about the mandate.
