Bell peppers are on sale so im in the mood for stuffed peppers. (Stuffed with meat and rice with a tomato sauce)
anyone ever try doing them in crockpot for shabbos day? are they totally falling apart then? ive seen crockpot recipes but not sure exactly if it would work being in there so long

Ground meat dries out being cooked so long, and everything gets an overcooked taste.
