HI,
I'm having issues with my bank feeds not working at all. My IT has no idea how to work with quickbooks web connect. Does anyone know someone who specializes in this to help me?

First step is to see where the issue originates.
Do you have a filter on your computer? Does the issue remain even when you temporarily disable it? Can you try a different internet network? Are all the failed feeds at the same banking institution? Can you make a new bank feed or does the process get stuck? Are you seeing any error messages?
I’m assuming you already tried the obvious step of restarting the computer.

yes its specific to one bank, I've tried deleting the connection and again. its giving me the error code that the something is wrong with previous import and cannot proceed.

If something is wrong with the previous import, can you try manually downloading and importing, then reconnecting?

This happened after a manuel and when I try to do it again it doesnt let because of this old issue.. do you know someone who is knowledgeable in this?

Im using Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2022. Ive tried all the ideas on that quickbooks suggest but honestly this looks like I will need someone who already had this issue..

Is the bank account a business account?
I’ve had that happen with a personal td account

Another option is setting up a new bank account. Label it that account plus feed. Ex chase 6551 feed and make that the sub account of chase 6551 like that it all get reconciled under that correct bank. Feel free to pm if you need further help
